Important information before you enroll:

Choose classes carefully. There are no refunds.
After you enter the online catalog, the catalog
search page will be displayed first. Most health &
safety courses are located in A1 thru A3 and A6.
After you make your category selection, a catalog
page will be displayed. For a description of the
course, click the title link. Click the plus icons to
view schedules and purchase courses. Before you
purchase a course, you will need to create a
student I.D. and password. If you believe that you
have an existing student I.D. and password, please
call Red Cross User Support at 1-888-778-7762 to
retrieve them.

In order to process your enrollment effectively,
please follow the data entry standards below when
you self-register:

		Use standard upper and lower case for
		names, streets Example Jones Ed
		State code is CA
		Do not use punctuation (periods, commas)
		Format for phone # 760/999-9999

Important information after you enroll:

Rescheduling policy: If you are unable to attend
your scheduled class, please call 366-5330 at
least two working days before the class date.
You will be allowed to schedule one-time into
another class at no charge.

Preparations and expectations:

		You must arrive on time to your class and attend
		the entire course in order to receive a course completion certificate.
		Please do not wear lipstick or other makeup that
		could stain practice manikins.
		Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to
		kneel, stoop, and lay on the floor in order to accomplish the practical skills.
		If you have a respiratory ailment or other
		infection, please reschedule into another class at a later date.
		No infants or children are permitted in the class.
		Older children are permitted if they are enrolled in the class.
		Periodic breaks are provided. Classes lasting
		all day will have a lunch break.
		CPR classes are very strenuous. If you are
		under a doctor's care or have concerns, please check with your doctor before attending class.
		Most courses require written examinations;
		however, you may request an oral examination if written examinations pose a problem for you.
		After you arrive, please enter the side door of
		building marked "Classroom Entrance.
